Exeter Community Transport Association...
Exeter Community Transport Association relies on volunteers to run our
services which make such an important difference in the lives of
disabled people in and around Exeter.
Our volunteers help us to man our services, spread the word, raise valuable funds and enable us to run projects and services which would, otherwise, not be able to take place.
You can help to contribute to our development by volunteering your time in a wide range of ways. Some of the current roles are detailed below.
Volunteer for ECTA's Charity Shop
Shop 4 ECTA is a charity shop up and running opposite our offices in Paris Street. The shop helps us to raise funds to maintain our vital services to people with mobility issues.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help us run the shop. Could you offer us one morning or afternoon a week? Duties could be working the till, sorting through stock, helping customers and/or listing things on ebay.

Volunteer as a Shopmobility Assistant
We are currently looking for people to help out with the day to day running of the Shopmobility service. This might be with fetching scooters or wheelchairs for customers, training new users, taking phone calls and/or using our booking system to take bookings. Full training is provided and you can find a full role description here.
